My son, Matthew Schiller, attended your Hitting and Pitching clinics this past winter at Stepinac High School. At the time of the clinics, I found the drills that you employed to be very thorough and well taught. In reality, I had no idea how this would transform Matthew's play on the field.
I am happy to report that the drills and teaching paid off much larger dividends than I could have expected. We are three weeks into our little league season and the change in Matthew has been dramatic. The most noticeable change has been in his pitching. His composure on the mound, his command of the strike zone, his arm motion and delivery are all dramatically improved from last year. Those who had seen him pitch last year have all commented on how different and in command he looks on the mound.
As his father and coach I try to be as unbiased as possible. However, because of you and your staff's lessons, even I have to admit that he is pitching with such confidence and command of his pitches, that I have to tip my hat to him and you for this tremendous change in his pitching. While his hitting is not where he or I would like it to be at this point, it is remarkably improved from last year. He is more confident at the plate and is employing all the tools that you and your staff taught him this past winter.
I wish I knew the names of all the coaches and assistants who helped him this past winter so I could personally thank each and every one of them. However, since I do not know all of their names, could you please show them a copy of this email so they will know how grateful we are and impressed we are with them and their talents.
Thank you very much for all of your patience and teachings this past winter. I have recommended your clinics to many of Matthew's teammates and hope that they register for your clinics this coming off-season.
