9er Baseball strives to create a positive learning environment for each of its participants. Players will come away from our clinics with knowledge and understanding that is professional, comprehensive and easy to understand and to apply. Our clinics can help players of any age or ability, but they are specifically designed to help players make the next step in becoming a serious all-around baseball player.

Head Coach Ted Lawrence is joined by a team of coaches that range from former major league players to current and former college and high school players. This excellent, experienced and knowledgeable staff make these clinics an experience that players will remember for years to come. We place a strong emphasis on the overall mechanics of the baseball skills and on developing the focus and mental toughness that will allow players to reach new levels in their playing.

9er Baseball Winter Training Clinic
The 9er Baseball winter training program will consist of the three most important components of baseball training. Fitness, hitting, and defense, which includes pitching.

The fitness part will include strength, flexibility, balance, agility, quickness, and speed; as well as focus and mental toughness. Hitting will be done in a circuit format. 5 to 6 different hitting stations per night will be utilized to develop proper hitting mechanics and insure quality repetitions. From the fielding/defensive area, players will participate in fly-ball and groundball drills as well as conditioning the throwing arm. Pitchers will have an opportunity to throw off a mound and progress each week with pitch count and pitch selection.

It is best that players bring their own baseball equipment.
